Sausalito
If you ask me, Sausalito is one of the best kept secrets of Casselberry. It's a wonderful community located on the shores of Lake Howell with community tennis courts, a kid's playground, a boat ramp and a dock for residents. The homes in Sausalito are open and airy with tall vaulted ceilings, screened in porches and, in many homes, grand stone fireplaces. The yards are small and manageable, perfect for those who like to keep a small garden but don't like to spend their entire weekend cutting a large lawn during the summer.
I personally lived in Sausalito for 15 years and I loved my time there. It truly is one of Casselberry's great neighborhoods.
