Finding the right home in the Central Florida and Orlando area can take a little detective work - and a little help. First, you'll want to talk to a mortgage professional and be pre-qualified for a mortgage. This will give you an idea of the price range you can look in. You don't want to start out looking in a price range that will later turn out to be more than you can financially handle.
Once you determine the price range there will be many homes to choose from, so it's a good idea to decide on some home preferences before you start your search.

- Condominium: Your ownership is limited to a single unit and a shared interest in all the common areas.
- Townhome: Your ownership includes the lot on which your home sits as well as the entire structure.
