Lake Howell Waterfront Homes
Lake Howell is one of the most prominent natural features in Casselberry. Spanning 391 acres, the lake has plenty of room for skiing, fishing, canoeing and relaxing. There is no access for the general public, only the residents living in the various communities on its shores, making the lake far more serene than most lakes its size that have public access.
The Lake Howell waterfront community is surrounded by a half dozen to a dozen neighborhoods. Some condos, some apartments but mostly single family homes. The single family homes range from zero lot line properties to properties on over an acre of land. Prices for single family homes will range from the low $400,000's to over $1,000,000.
There are many great communities with access to Lake Howell, such as Sausalito, Carmel By the Lake, Lago Vista, Lake Howell Arms, and more. Home prices in these communities range from wonderful condos in the $100,000 range, all the way up to million dollar homes on the water.
