For a few years, Orlando real estate prices looked like they would never settle down. And although things are becoming normal again, with homes' sales prices coming back to terrestrial levels, it would be a mistake to ignore the incredible potential of real estate in Greater Orlando. It's satisfying to see that even in the midst of what many consumers and pundits think is some kind of slump, there is still a trend toward appreciation in home values - and of course, this is the best news for our market - however exciting the short-term booms can be.
So, it's a bit of a buyer's market in most parts of Greater Orlando (some of the best areas are still in hot demand, though). The median price of an Orlando home is about $305,259.
